American governments, Fed, State and Local, are enforcing laws prohibiting smoking, drinking, drugs, etc.; Compelling individuals to have driver license, insurance, seatbelts, license plates, maintain autos, houses and grass, use script rather than actual money, etc.; and worst of all, binding Citizens to invisible contracts that steal their property in their children, homes, cars etc.;  In short, Government offices are demanding that we, the individual people, get State or Federal  permission for almost every use of our private property which it deems is a non conforming use as dictated by its current social plan for an ordered society.  When any of us fail to follow this ordered social edict, the government sub-divisions gorge themselves with fines and penalties, while we, the individual people, lose one liberty after another,  Even to the extent of being jailed for long periods of time for the infraction, if we fail to satisfy the State's deliberate march toward this ordered society.  This isn't called Freedom

Don't get me wrong, "order" has a certain utopian attraction and would no doubt be a wonderful idea.  (Good Idea).  Certainly, such an idea might fit well in a society where a benevolent dictator or group comprising an absolute authority (sovereignty) exists, such as a Monarchy, Dictatorship, Oligarchy, or kingdom.  But in America, THERE CAN BE NO SUCH LAWFUL CENTRALIZATION OF RIGHT OR POWER.  We all have Rights, unalienable, and individual by their nature.  It is an absolute impossibility for the state to have such authority and Since LAW knows NO impossibility, someone is breaking the law.

Remember this, while you are reading, watching and listening to this website:  No matter who it is or how many agree with them; TO TAKE PRIVATE PROPERTY IS THEFT;  TO TAKE LIBERTY IS SLAVERY; TO TAKE LIFE IS MURDER; AND TO TRY TO CONVINCE YOU THAT ANY OF THESE ACTS ARE AUTHORIZED BECAUSE THEY ARE A GOOD IDEA AND BECAUSE A LEGISLATURE SAYS SO, IS FRAUD.  Since all these acts are HIGH CRIMES, those that would embrace them are committing crimes against "WE THE PEOPLE" both individually and collectively.  The Public Policy in this society is to the preservation of your Life, Liberty and Property Rights.  Its hard to identify that fact as one looks at the current machine.
