Ok then, how did you do?

If all these things are true, and there is obviously NO probable cause to believe otherwise.  Tell me again.  Who is committing the crime and who is the victim?  If the readers of this writing are the same folks that commented on the videos, most of you are wrong.  Just because a government agency says it has authority to do something, is absolutely no reason to believe them.  They all say they have authority.  All the perps in the videos you just watched were victims of what I call "GOOD IDEA LAWS".  Our Legislatures enact these 'good idea laws" without any idea of what constitutional limitations are.  Just because something seems to be a good idea doesn't mean that the agents of the people have authority to enact and enforce them on private citizens who are acting in their own private capacity and who are harming no one.  In the instant cases, there can be NO lawful authority that supports the actions of any of the cops in these videos for the reasons provided above.  Wake up America.

When we are accosted by governments intruding upon our dominion over our private domain we must demand that the courts restrain them.  If the court won't listen to one of us then many of us must restate the demand through case interventions and class action suits.

AND YOU SAY?  .................. "ASSUMING THAT ALL SAID HERE IS CORRECT, THE ENTIRE LEGAL COMMUNITY REJECTS ALL OF IT.  HOW THEN ARE WE TO APPLY THESE PRINCIPLES.  YOU EVEN SAY OUR ONLY REMEDY EXISTS WITHIN THAT LEGAL COMMUNITY".

Well said.  Yes, the battle must be won in the courts if it is going to have any lasting value.
